How do I register as an online school student?

STEP 1: Click "Login/Register" on

the webpage and select "Register New Account" depending on the device

you are using.

 

STEP 2: Check "Understand and agree to

accept all the contents of the Terms of Service", and click the Terms of

Service link to view the full content

STEP 3: Select a registration method

according to your needs, please note that if you change to different login

methods, you will not be able to see the content of the previously purchased

course

(1) Mobile phone number: Fill in the mobile

phone number, fill in the SMS verification code received, and then complete the

registration

(2) EMAIL: FILL IN THE EMAIL ACCOUNT, AND

THEN CLICK THE VERIFICATION LINK FROM THE EMAIL ADDRESS TO COMPLETE THE

REGISTRATION

(3) FACKBOOK/GOOGLE: Click "OK"

to agree to create an account on this website with a Facebook/Google account

How do I log in to the online school?

log in with your registered account or click on Google/Facebook to log in with

After purchasing/obtaining a course, can I download the course video and handouts?

NO.

Except for the handouts designated by the
online school for download, the copyright of the course content of the online
school belongs to the online school, and no one is allowed to download,
reproduce, publicly use or use it for commercial purposes without permission.

Please note that

LINE/WeChat/Facebook, etc., cannot be used directly for online school classes,

please use the browser recommended by the online school

Browsing the website encounters a long loading time, and the page keeps going in circles

When the website cannot be loaded or cannot

be completed after waiting for a long time after loading, it may mean that some

cache files are incomplete in the browser cache, please refer to the browser

you are using, follow the steps below to clear the client cache, after the

clearing is completed, it may take a long time to download the website for the

first time, if you still can't solve the problem, please contact us.

 

A. Windows/Apple computer Chrome browser



  1. Open Chrome on your computer.


  2. Click More > [Settings] at the top right more .


  3. Under "Privacy & Security", click [Cookies and

    other site information].


  4. Click [Show All Cookies and Site Data].


  5. Search for the website name in the top right and enter the URL

    of the online school, e.g. eclassv3.eletang.com.tw.


  6. Click the "Remove" icon on the right side of the siteRemove.


 

B. Android/Apple mobile Chrome browser



  1. Open Chrome on your phone.


  2. Click the icon in the top right corner more of 

    > [Settings] in order.


  3. Click Site Settings and click [All Sites].


  4. Using Search, enter the online school's web address, e.g.

    eclassv3.eletang.com.tw.


  5. Click on the website of the online school that you have

    searched.


  6. Click the [Clear and Reset] button.


 

C. Apple iphone Safari browser


  1. Open Safari on your phone.


  2. Go to Settings> Safari> Advanced > Site Profile.


  3. In the search website name at the top, enter the URL of the

    online school, e.g. eclassv3.eletang.com.tw.


  4. Press the remove icon on the left and click Delete.


What should I do if the video is constantly stuttering?

First of all, please make sure that you are

using a network that does not have a poor internet connection speed by watching

Youtube videos, etc.

If there is no special situation, gather

the following information before you report the situation to the website:



  1. The country or region you are in now


  2. The device, browser and version you are using


  3. Browse https://www.whatismyip.com/obtain your real IP address


  4. Your sign-in account


  5. Which course and which chapter is the movie where the

    stuttering movie occurs
